Instructions for use

• Preparation method (milkshake):
• Prepare 250ml of frozen boiled water in a shaker cup, add a sachet of OPTIFAST® milkshake, shake well until completely dissolved.
• Tastes better when served with ice.

• Preparation method (thick soup): Prepare 250ml of frozen boiled water in a hand shaker cup, add a sachet of OPTIFAST® thick soup, shake well until completely dissolved:

o Method 1: Put it in the microwave oven and heat it on high heat for one minute.

o Method 2: Put it in a pot and heat it over low heat for two minutes.

o Never heat to boiling.
