Weheal delivery service
WeHeal has always adhered to its commitment to customers, providing the most professional and safe medical and health services for customers. From helping customers choose products to delivering products safely to customers, a professional team plans for each customer.
Shipping calculation
A free delivery service is available for a bill totaling over HK$800.
If the total bill is less than HK$800, there will be an additional shipping fee of HK$80.
Delivery area
WeHeal delivery service is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands and remote areas, while Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Shek O, North Lantau Island and village houses need to be quoted separately (additional fees will be notified by final phone call prevail). Delivery service is not applicable to locations that cannot be reached by truck (such as tenements and village houses) and all Hospital Authority and private hospitals. If there is any elevator malfunction during delivery and cannot operate normally, the customer will be contacted to change the delivery date.
Special weather arrangements
WeHeal's delivery service will be suspended under severe weather conditions, including but not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, severe flooding or road blockage or closure due to severe weather. In this case, our customer service representative will contact you by phone.
Transport method
WeHeal offers safe and professional medical and health services to our customers. For the transportation of milk-based products, we rely on designated medical transporters recommended by the manufacturer to ensure the safety and quality of the delivery. For other health and nutrition products as well as non-ready-to-drink milk, the transportation method will be determined by WeHeal in collaboration with the manufacturer. Customers are not permitted to choose their preferred transportation method. However, if a customer insists on selecting their own transportation company, they will be responsible for covering the transportation fee.

After placing and paying for your order, your product will typically be delivered within three to five working days. Please note that drop-shipping products, bundled products, and gifts may be shipped separately from other products. The delivery method will be determined by our medical staff and the manufacturer, based on the nature of the product. Customers are not permitted to choose their preferred delivery method. However, if you require special delivery arrangements, please contact our staff.
In the event of any disputes, WeHeal reserves the right to make the final decision without objection.
