沖調方法

將1平匙 (5克) / 1小包的纖維樂®纖維粉加入任何冷熱飲品 (水、咖啡、茶、果汁等) (約200毫升)，或食品 (乳酪、粥等) (約150克) 均可。

*於臨床實驗，39位有便秘情況的成年人士每日攝取5克益菌生纖維(PHGG)。結果發現，相比未食用前，每星期排便次數增加多於3次。 Polymeros D，et al. Dig Dis Sci. 2014

^於臨床實驗，15位有便秘情況的女士連續3星期，每日加入11克益菌生纖維(PHGG)於日常飲食中。結果發現，相比未食用前，腸道益菌(Lactobacillus)有超過1倍增長。

Recommended Dosage:
- It is recommended to use OPTIFIBRE ® progressively, adjusting the dosage to individual needs. Start with 1 level scoop per day and if necessary, depending on individual response, increase progressively 1 level scoop every 3 days. Should not exceed the daily dosage of 4 level scoops.
