Brewing method

Add 1 level spoon (5g) / 1 sachet of Fiberle® Fiber Powder to any hot or cold drink (water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, etc.) (about 200ml), or food (cheese, porridge, etc.) (about 150g) can be.

Recommended Dosage:
